MJRL Landsource Realty and Development Corporation

Established last 2020. By the four (4) Board of Directors led by Mrs. Ligaya Arao Cas, President; Mr. Radil Constantino, Vice-President; Mrs. Maricor Dela Cruz, Secretary; and Ms. Jessica De Leon, Treasurer. With the passion and knowledge of the four Boards of Directors in the Real Estate Industry, they have managed to advance it and make it to the Business world. With the courage and goal of the four for having a society that can help average wagers own property, they have started this business, a company for every Filipino. A Real Estate property that every Filipino can afford and sustain. For the past three years, the MJRL has obtained and experienced different challenges but contributed a portion of opportunities for many Filipinos to achieve their Real Estate Investments. 

It continues to expand and grow in different projects and fields. MJRL has occurred with ideas and patterns that lead to a new and established project. The MJRL has found new projects in various parts of Cavite.

Some of these projects are from the Main office in Naic, Cavite. 

• DEL CASTINO CRUZ VILLE, at Sapa, Naic, Cavite, is the very first property acquired by the institution. Sold for over months of market. This project will be turnover this coming September 2023. 
•  MJRL VILLAGE, the second property acquired from Naic, Cavite. This property was the second property acquired by the association. Because of its location, all lots were sold after months of being out in the market. 
• LANDSOURCE RESIDENCES, a third project associated with the company. It was supposed to be a phase 1 alone, but beauce of its location then extended into phase 2. 
•  MJRL Village II, the fourth project of the MJRL at Naic, Cavite. It was one of the challenging properties of the company, hence the most efficient place for every Filipino to live. Now it is the property to look forward to. 

The company wants to expand the horizon and take the risk with the hope of catering to all levels of Filipinos, not just a Lot Only Pre-Selling Property, but a building. And the MJRL LANDSOURCE REALTY AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION decided to start the first-ever Condominium in Naic, Cavite. And this is “THE PARKVIEW HEIGHTS” this project started last November 2022, located at Mabulo, Naic, Cavite. With the beautiful scenery and fresh air, this has decided to make it a project source for a vacation feeling that contributed to a sense of relaxation and contentment of the people living in this estate. 

The MJRL has always been a nature-friendly property that will be a significant investment for every Filipino in the future. The MJRL’s Naic Projects has been a nature-friendly Project which was one of the goals. However, this is not the end of these risky and sold-out projects. Years in this challenging field have made the company more knowledgeable and challenged. 

A Dasmariñas Branch was established as well last 2020, together with the different projects under this branch of the Company. 

Within these three years of the MJRL LANDSOURCE REALTY AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a property that was an hour’s ride from its location to Tagaytay was acquired. 

• Our Silang Project, Hacienda de Landsource, was established. The property sold out a month after its market as its location was a good place near the sight of Tagaytay where every Filipino and foreigner looked forward. This property hit as it was a magnificent location. 

In the long run, a more nature-friendly property that was far but near. The Company’s Bataan and Batangas Projects. In 2020, the company started a Bataan Branch with very compassionate projects with succeeding ideas of encompassing different boundaries and events. The location was satisfactory for a retirement and investment property. 

• Dream Homeville, a property located at Bataan that is in the state in which is in a partly secluded place very fond for those who want a peaceful and silent location for rest houses or own homes. 
• Dream Skyville, is a perfect spot for your vacation and retirement home. A place that was currently in a state of development by the company with its new extension because of its quality land and location. 
• Skyville Homes, a newly acquired property that was challenging to market. However, it is a property for those average-low wagers.  

This February 2023, a new rainbow of property was instigated to be bought, a Farm Lot Located in Bataan Area. An Agricultural Land for the future becomes a very compassionate place for planting and living to become a personal farm letting people eat fresh and live freely. 

The MJRL LANDSOURCE REALTY AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION were planning to build a home and environment that has stability in maintaining high service and profile to every Filipino worldwide.
